The stainless steel bowl with green tooling track uses controlled vibration to sort, orient, and feed rings from a bulk hopper state into a single-file stream. The custom tooling ensures only correctly oriented parts make it through β no jams, no doubles, no rejects.

From the bowl exit, parts are transferred along a precision linear track powered by a linear vibrator. This keeps parts moving smoothly and consistently toward the singulation point without operator intervention.

The heart of this system is the pneumatic singulation unit β a purpose-designed mechanism that isolates a single ring from the feed stream and presents it in a controlled, repeatable position.
