Elscint will be taking part in Messe Motek 2023 the largest Automation show in Germany being held in Stuttgart between 10th to 13th October, 2023. Products on display are two vibratory bowl feeders Model 250 with cylindrical bowls, each for a different size of pins. One Model 160 with a cylindrical bowl with Elscinthane PU coating for feeding of a small plastic part. This part has a very critical orientation and the same has been accomplished without the use of air-jets. A small hopper with a Linear Vibrator Model SM I is also on display. These and other equipment will be displayed in its Stall No. 5235 in Hall No. 5.
Model 250 is a very robust and high performance drive which can be used for a lot of small to medium size of components. The robust built quality and performance of this drive can be check on the two feeders at the stall. The main idea is to show case Elscint vibrator drives, which Germany bowl toolers can purchase. The drives, with CE Marking have excellent performance along with durability, solid built quality and zero maintenance. These units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance. Complete machining is done on latest 5 Axis CNC machines. These high performance drive units can be ordered off the shelf. Totally encapsulated type coils with adequate power for particular models, are used. Both Full wave as well as Half wave units are available in each model.
The Model 160 bowl with the critical orientation can also showcase Elscint’s bowl tooling capacity. As Elscint can also supply tooled bowls to other bowl toolers with less delivery time and very attractive price, which would be attractive for most bowl toolers. Long testing ensures that the bowls function properly without any problems. Elscint also supplies linear vibrator drives and all bowl feeder accessories like escapements, singulators, level controllers, tracks, vibrating hoppers, belt hoppers and elevators etc.
Other products of Elscint are centrifugal / rotary feeders and step feeders. Centrifugal feeders can be made available from sizes of dia 300 mm to dia 1500 mm for high speed applications.
A major highlight will be that senior sales application engineers from Elscint will be available for interaction and discussions regarding the part feeding needs of its customers during the period of the exhibition.
