Recently a customer approached us about stacking of his stainless steel plates. There was a small mark on one side which he needed to be stacked on one side. Checking and stacking the plates was a very manual and tedious job and the customer wanted to automate the operation.
For this, we designed a custom parts feeding system capable of handling multiple sizes of stainless steel plates—ranging from 30 × 85 × 1.5 mm to 60 × 24 × 1.8 mm—at speeds of up to 50 parts per minute.

Automated Pneumatic Stacking: Integrated linear track conveyed the oriented plates directly into an automated pneumatic stacking unit using a linear vibratory track to breate a buffer, eliminating manual handling and streamlining assembly lines.
Maintaining Surface Finish: Elscinthane PU coating ensured that the surface area of the plate did not get any scratches due to metal to metal contact.
Multi-Size Flexibility: Tooling was provided for accommodate dimensional variations with minimal changeover time.
Turnkey Build: Together with a rigid mounting stand, pneumatic controls, linear drive, and a dedicated control panel for plug-and-play installation.
