Vibratory bowl feeders are used for feeding and orienting of small components. There are numerous uses of these feeder bowls. One usage is to feed cages and rings of various sizes through the same bowl. In fact, with an innovative design various types of cages and rings i.e. where diameter is less than length as well as where diameter is more than length can be fed through the same bowl. The components can be fed in the required orientation manner to the next operation like Honing, Centreless Grinding etc. The orientation can be either axial or can be flat or rolling. In fact, Elscint Automation has designed this type of bowl in such a way that the changeover tooling for this range of components is very minimal and easy.
