The equipment consisted of a 10 ltr. Hopper tray mounted on Elscint Linear Vibrator Model LF I with a level controller for start / stop of the hopper based on the level of parts present in the bowl. Vibratory bowl feeder Model 160 with a cast aluminium bowl with Elscinthane PU coating was used for this purpose. Thereafter a linear track of 350 mm length mounted on linear vibrator Model SM I was provided to convey the parts upto the assembly station of the customer. The orientation required was open side facing sky. Output / speed of 60 parts per minute was required by the customer. Elscint managed a speed of 120 parts per minute in a single row. There being a sensor mounted on the linear track, the vibratory bowl feeder switched on / off depending upon whether the track was full / empty. The whole equipment was mounted on a single base plate and supplied to the customer in South India within 4 weeks. You can watch the video of the equipment

[1

post-2114","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
