EFQC6 is suitable for large vibratory bowl feeders having VA rating of more than 1500 VA while EFQC4.5 is for smaller vibratory bowl feeders having VA Rating of upto 990 VA. EFQC3 is for vibrators of 380 VA Rating while very small vibrators upto 200 VA require EFQC1.5 Main features of these Frequency Controllers are \u2013<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Frequency Adjustment \u2013 The major advantage of using a frequency controller is that one can adjust the output frequency of the controller to get the best resonant frequency at which vibratory feeder works best, eliminating the need for manually tuning the vibratory feeder.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic Voltage Regulation \u2013 This feature helps to eliminate the speed variation caused due to mains voltage fluctuation.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic Frequency\u00a0 Adjustment\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0 In\u00a0 case\u00a0 the\u00a0 input\u00a0 frequency\u00a0 changes\u00a0 (due\u00a0 to\u00a0 genset operation), the output frequency remains the same at the preset level.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum Output Voltage Adjustment \u2013 This provision helps to adjust the maximum output voltage, which in turn reduces chances of damage to a vibratory feeder.<\/li>\n<li>Overheat Protection \u2013 If the internal voltage in the controller increases, it switches off.<\/li>\n<li>Overload cut-off \u2013 In case the vibrator current increases its rated value, there is a provision of overload cut-off<\/li>\n<li>Provision of 1 sensor output is available in all these controllers<\/li>\n<li>Provision of remote control
