Sometimes the bowl can break or crack at some place. This can happen during transportation or else during movement, if the vibrator falls down during handling. In such a case, it is better to fill up the crack for better performance of the bowl feeder. If the bowl is made of stainless steel, one should weld the crack with full argon welding. In case of cast aluminium bowls, one can fix a separate steel strip at the cracked portion in such a way that it provides good strength to the bowl. Not following this will result in the performance of the bowl deteriorating along with its life.
