Elscint manufactures a special type of vibratory bowl feeders where one can feed various types of rollers and pins with fast changeover tooling. Depending upon the range of roller sizes, the vibratory bowl feeder model is chosen. Rollers as small as dia 1.5 mm onwards can be fed. Even square rollers as well as those having diameter more than the length can be fed in axial orientation. Maximum diameter which can be fed is dia 80 mm. Lengths can be upto 120 mm. Rollers having diameter upto 10 mm can be accommodated in Model 160. Upto dia 20 mm can be fed in Model 250, upto 40 mm in Model 400 and Model 630 is suitable for rollers beyond this size. These bowls are coated with Elscinthane PU coating and for heavier rollers, a double synthetic coating is included along with the Elscinthane PU coating. As it needs to be ensured that the square rollers do not topple, the output in such cases is provided in stainless steel tubes. Beyond that, either a tubular chute is provided either on a linear vibrator or else a belt conveyor or a tubular gravity spring tube. Accessories for these type of vibratory feeders can include a stand with (+/-) 100 mm height adjustment, extra capacity silo or hopper and a level controller.
