Elscint, recently completed a project where the requirement was to feed 3 types of oil seals with orientation. The difference between both the faces was very less wherein only a small flash was present on one side while the other side did not have any. The flash too was not consistent. Due to this difficulty, most vibratory feeder manufacturers regretted to even quote for this project. Elscint however, too up this challenge and completed the bowl feeder within record time. As the customer was very satisfied with the performance, he immediately placed an order for two more sets. The complete set included a vibratory bowl feeder, a gravity chute with auto-switch off mechanism as well as a cubical stand with (+/-) 100 mm height adjustment. Elscint also undertook commissioning of the equipment at the customer’s place in South India.fe
